Featuring the cuisine of Chef Ross Florance, the 8-course, beverage-paired tasting menu changes weekly to reflect Maine’s seasonal products as well as the produce growing on Ross’ adjacent farm.
Chef Ross is passionate about locality, and his cuisine is inspired by the changing seasonal vegetation, seafood and meat from Maine, and even more specifically, from downeast Maine.
