Opened in 2023, our quaint cafe takes inspiration from Brittany, a city in northwest France known for their world-class culinary culture. Each day, Chef Ross Florance bakes loaves of sourdough bread using 100% Maine Grains as well as French- and Breton-inspired pastries like croissants, pain au chocolat, Kouign-amann, canelés, and financiers.
We proudly serve coffee from Tandem Coffee Roasters and offer our guests everything from a simple drip to our best-selling maple latte.
In addition, our adjacent farm is always producing seasonal goodies. We sell our produce and flowers at the cafe (as well as some products from other local farms and craftsmen) as well as Chef Ross’ hand-picked wines.
